These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of gsilogistix.com (the "Site") and any quote, inquiry or service request you submit through it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

By accessing or using the Site, requesting a quote, or otherwise engaging with GSI Logistix ("GSI Logistix," "we," "us" or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

GSI Logistix arranges vehicle transport and logistics services, including ocean shipping from the USA to Türkiye, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Central Asia, and door-to-door ground transport within the USA. We may act as a broker, coordinating with carriers, shipping lines, port agents and other service providers to complete your shipment.

Any price shown on the Site, including estimates generated by our online calculator, is an estimate for general information only and is not a binding offer. Estimates are based on the information you provide and general market conditions, and can change based on the vehicle's actual condition, exact locations, seasonal demand, fuel costs and other factors. A shipment is only confirmed once GSI Logistix provides you with a final quote and you accept it in writing (including by email or WhatsApp).

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your vehicle, including its condition, dimensions and whether it is operable. You are also responsible for ensuring the vehicle has valid title and registration, and that you comply with all export, import and customs requirements of the origin and destination countries, including any restrictions on vehicle age, emissions or modifications. GSI Logistix is not responsible for delays, additional costs or refusal of shipment caused by inaccurate information or failure to meet these requirements.

Payment terms (amounts, schedule and accepted methods) will be confirmed with you individually before a shipment is booked and will be set out in your final quote or invoice. Only make payments through the methods and account details we confirm directly with you — see the fraud-prevention notice on our Contact page.

Cancellation terms will be provided with your final quote and may include fees to cover work already performed or capacity already reserved. Transport and shipping times are estimates; GSI Logistix is not liable for delays caused by weather, carrier schedules, customs processing, port congestion or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Vehicles are typically covered by carrier or ocean-carrier liability as required by applicable regulations; additional insurance options may be available and will be discussed with you before booking. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GSI Logistix's liability for any claim relating to a shipment is limited to the amount actually paid for that shipment, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, vehicles must be shipped empty of personal belongings, hazardous materials, illegal goods, or anything prohibited by the origin or destination country's customs regulations. GSI Logistix is not responsible for items left inside a vehicle during transport.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
